These terms apply to orders placed through Bella’s Ladies Collection’s website. Bella’s Ladies Collection is the trading name used by this store.

Products and availability

Bella’s sells new original ladies’ fashion. Product colors can look slightly different across screens. An order is accepted after the store confirms availability, size, price, and fulfilment details.

Prices and checkout total

Prices are shown in Uganda shillings unless stated otherwise. The checkout total covers products purchased from Bella’s and any charge collected by Bella’s. Bella’s will not add its own delivery charge after the order is submitted.

When boda boda or bus delivery is selected, the carrier’s separate delivery charge is not collected by Bella’s and is not included in the website order total. The customer pays the rider or bus carrier directly and should confirm the carrier’s charge before the item is sent.

Fulfilment options

• Free store pickup — Kampala: UGX 0 at Kampala–Entebbe Road Junction, across from ABSA Bank, next to Suits Avenue.
• Delivery by boda or bus — carrier paid separately: Bella’s may help arrange the carrier, but the customer pays the carrier directly. The customer should confirm the carrier’s charge, expected time, and delivery or collection point before dispatch.

Reviewing and placing an order

The customer can review the order, correct checkout information, remove products, choose a fulfilment option, or leave checkout before placing the order. Please provide accurate contact and destination information. Bella’s may contact the customer to verify an order and coordinate pickup or delivery.

Availability and cancellation

Bella’s may cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, or the customer cannot be reached. If Bella’s cannot supply a paid order, the customer will be notified and any payment due for refund will be returned within the period required by Ugandan law.

Returns and refunds

Eligible online transactions may be cancelled within 7 days after the goods are received. When payment was made before an eligible statutory cancellation, the refund is due within 30 days after cancellation. Full details are in the Refund and Returns Policy. No term on this website removes a consumer right provided by law.
