Bella’s Ladies Collection wants every customer to receive the correct item in good condition. This policy does not limit any consumer right provided by Ugandan law.

Seven-day online cancellation right

A customer may cancel an eligible online transaction within 7 days after receiving the goods. Contact the store within that period by calling +256 706 127 230, sending a WhatsApp message, or emailing bellascollectionkla@gmail.com. The team will provide the current return location and instructions.

Returning an item

• Do not wear, wash, alter, or damage the item beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
• Return the original tags and packaging where they were supplied.
• Provide the order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
• Contact the store before sending the item so it reaches the correct return location. This contact step does not remove a statutory consumer right.

Return costs

For a statutory cancellation, the customer may be responsible only for the direct cost of returning the goods where the law allows. If Bella’s supplied the wrong item or the item arrived defective, contact the store promptly with the order details and clear photos so Bella’s can arrange the appropriate return, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

When payment was made before an eligible statutory cancellation, the customer is entitled to a full refund within 30 days after the cancellation. The refund method will be agreed with the customer and recorded. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to display a completed refund.

Exceptions

A cancellation right may not apply where Ugandan law provides an exception, including goods made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized goods, goods that by their nature cannot be returned, or goods damaged after delivery. Sale or clearance labeling does not remove a statutory right.

In-store purchases

Please try on and inspect in-store purchases before leaving the shop. Contact the store promptly if a defect is discovered after purchase. Rights provided by law still apply.
